Process Optimization

During my time with quo connect, I worked on a project to optimize the one component cluster's maintenance cost and quality. We did an in-depth analysis of the status of quality and costs and supporting processes at that time. We found unsatisfactory quality combined with excessively high costs and a system, which didn't set the optimal incentives at that time. A systematic recording of the refurbishment processes showed great potential for improvement. Our suggestions led to a higher quality level with lower costs in reprocessing in cooperation with a new billing model. I enjoyed the time and task, as I was excited by combining real hard work with the typical consultant's day.
