I heard many pitches with the buzz words AI, ML, Deep Learning, and similar in my previous roles. During my paternal leave in Vancouver, I was curious to learn more about the statistical background and machine learning's core principles. I studied different courses like Machine Learning from Andrew Ng on coursera. He does a great job explaining the principles. Afterward, I tried a few applications of my learnings to public data sets, and I hope to use the skills in the future for a real challenge.
